msfeeds dll error

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\msfeeds.dll
I attempted to download and install IE7 but everytime I'm trying to intsall it I get an error message that msfeeds.dll is missing and that installation cannot be completed...Any ideas how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated, thanx! peter a google shows this is usually something to do with an anti-spyware or

Thanks for help so far on my RUNDLL - msfeeds.dll question - but it still gives me the error message and I am continuing with Firefox.
